Scheduling:
Photo shoots will begin and end at the times agreed upon by Client and Photographer in advance. Photographer does not guarantee a specific number of photographs per hour, and will take as many photos as possible in the allotted timeframe. Pre-set timeframe includes photographing as well as hair, makeup and outfit changes.
If Client is late, the photo shoot will still end at the previously agreed time, unless other arrangements are expressly made with the photographer. Longer shoots will be granted if the location and photographer are available. Client will be responsible for additional studio fees as well as a pre-set hourly rate for additional photography time if a longer shoot is granted.
Releases:
Andre Michael Photography is not responsible for obtaining model, property, or other releases in connection with any of the photographs taken. Photographs may be used on Andre Michael Photography website, portfolio or in any other promotional materials unless Client expressly requests an alternative arrangement which is agreed to by Andre Michael Photography.
Grant of Rights:
Andre Michael Photography will release all photographs to the client following the photo shoot. Photos will be given on a CD or DVD or made available for download; prints are also available for an additional fee.
Client has the right to reproduce images either electronically or in print form. Client does not have the right to make or permit alteration of images or misrepresent the work of the photographer in any way.
All rights not expressly licensed to Client in writing remain the exclusive property of Andre Michael Photography.
Payment:
A $50* non-refundable booking fee is payable at the time of scheduling. This fee will be applied toward the balance for photography services. Remaining payment for photography services is due at the end of the photo shoot. Fees for any additional retouching or photo printing are due upon placement of the order for such services.
*Bookings made for FRIDAY OR SATURDAY must be paid in full at time of scheduling.
